You can get the card from our office in Cham Sud, from transfer drivers, participating hotel receptions, bars and restaurants, and chalet staff. There will be also authorised Privilege Card reps coming round to bars and restaurants.
If I am purchasing online, how do I get the card?
Two options are available, post or collection.

How far in advance do I need to purchase the Privilege Alps card if purchasing online?
To allow sufficient time for postage, you need to purchase the Privilege Alps card 14 full working days in advance of your leaving date for your holiday.
Who can use the discounts?
1 Privilege Alps card = 1 discount per person per transaction
As long as they are in possession of a valid Privilege Alps card, anyone can use the discounts offered, however there is just one offer available per person per purchase. For example, if you are a group wishing to purchase discounted lift passes, each of you will need to purchase a Privilege Alps card to get a discount on each individual card.
When can I use the discounts?
Each discount specifies the time frame it can be used, for example some discounts can only be redeemed before a certain time of the day, or on certain days of the week,
There are 2 editions of the Privilege Alps card per year, a Winter edition running from 1st December until 15th May, and a Summer edition running from 1st June until 30th September. Each edition has its own season specific discounts and offers are only valid within the validity period of each card.
Can I use the discount in an establishment multiple times?
No! The discount is limited to one transaction per occasion per customer. Once the discount in a particular outlet has been used, the outlet will cross off their box on the card to show that it has been used up and cannot be used again in that outlet.
How do I know what the discounts are?
Each participating outlet has their own space on the card and each establishment specifies the exact discount offered, together with any time or day limitations on the offer.
All the offers are also available to view on our website : click here to see all offers. Please note that this is for information only, and the discounts can only be redeemed when you are in possession of a valid Privilege Alps card.
What Charity does Privilege Alps Support?

What do I do if a participating outlet is closed?
Please observe the normal opening and closing hours of the outlet. Privilege Alps are not liable for any closing of the outlet outside normal hours or if an outlet is no longer in business during the period of validity of the card.
What do I do if a participating outlet refuses to honour the discount?
All of our Partners have made a commitment to honour the discount they offer within the period of validity of the card. Privilege Alps are not liable if a particular outlet refuses to honour the discount mentioned. However we do need to know if that happens so that we do not work with them again. Preferably email us on info@privilegealps.com or alternatively call us on +33 (0)4 80 80 61 88 within normal working hours which is 9am – 12pm, 2pm – 6pm, and speak to a representative or leave a message if no one is available.
If a participating outlet is closed or refuses to honour the discount can I get my money back from Privilege Alps?
Privilege Alps are not liable if participating outlets are closed or refuse to honour the discount, therefore refunds are not available if a particular outlet is affected. Only if over 50% of outlets closed at any one time will Privilege Alps offer a full refund on the price of the card which is EUR 10, introductory price (normal price EUR 15).
